Cancellation & No-show Policy

Upon booking an appointment with Re3 Massage and Wellness, you agree to the following terms of our cancellation policy and understand that any credit card on file may be charged after an attempt at contacting you.

At our clinic, we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure fairness to both our clients and our massage therapists. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment, and we strive to accommodate your needs while also managing our schedule effectively. Below is an outline of our massage cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice:
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us sufficient time to offer the time slot to other clients who may be on our waiting list or in need of a timely appointment.

Late Cancellations or No-shows:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Similarly, if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, you may be charged a fee.

Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. In such cases, please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss the situation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs without applying a cancellation fee.

Rebooking:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we encourage you to rebook as soon as you are able. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and may help avoid any cancellation fees.

Cancellation Fee:
The cancellation fee amount is 50% of the service booked. The fee helps compensate our therapists for their time as each therapist is a self-employed contractor that only get’s paid when they provide a service. Please note that missed appointment fees cannot be direct billed or submitted to insurance providers for payment.

We kindly request that you provide us with your updated contact information, including a valid phone number and email address, to facilitate effective communication regarding your appointments.

Safety & Respect Policy

At Re3 Massage & Wellness, our top priority is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all clients and staff members. We are committed to maintaining a space where everyone feels respected, comfortable, and protected from any form of verbal or physical assault, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour. This Safety and Respect Policy outlines our guidelines and expectations to ensure the well-being of everyone within our establishment.

Zero Tolerance for Harassment:
We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, including but not limited to verbal abuse, offensive language, or any behaviour that creates a hostile or uncomfortable atmosphere. Any instances of harassment will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate actions will be taken, which may include immediate termination of services and potential involvement of law enforcement.

Professional Conduct:
We expect all clients and staff members to treat each other with the utmost professionalism and respect. Any behaviour that is considered inappropriate or offensive, such as making unwanted advances, will not be tolerated.

Consent and Boundaries:
Your comfort and well-being are of the utmost importance to us. Before any massage therapy session or service, our therapists will discuss the treatment plan and obtain your informed consent. We respect your personal boundaries and will never engage in any actions that make you feel uncomfortable.

Reporting Incidents:
If you experience or witness any behaviour that violates our Safety and Respect Policy, we encourage you to report it immediately to our management team. We will treat all reports confidentially and take prompt action to address the situation.

Safe Environment:
Re3 Massage & Wellness is equipped with security measures to ensure the safety of everyone within the premises. We maintain a well-lit and monitored space to create a secure environment.
